While laser hair removal has become extremely popular in the last decade, these treatments are often painful and can be associated with downtime. In addition, traditionally laser hair removal options have been limited for those with dark skin due to the risk of burns or hyperpigmentation.
At Skin Bar MD, we offer the highest quality laser removal treatments using the Aerolase lightpod Neo. The Neo was voted #1 hair removal laser in 2015, 2016 and 2017 by the readers of Dermascope Magazine. For best results, we recommend a series of 3-6 treatments scheduled one month apart. If you notice hair growing back more quickly than one month, it’s ok to schedule your follow up visit sooner.

After your visit to the Bar:
- When it comes to skin care, we’ve got you covered. Simply follow the skin care plan outlines by your Skin therapist.
- Do not use exfoliators, scrubs, retinols, Retin-A, acid-based products (alpha hydroxy acids, glycolic acids, salicylic acids, and lactic acids) on treated areas for one week.
- Hairs will continue to fall out for approximately 2 weeks.
