Dr. Joyce ImahiyeroboDr. Joyce Imahiyerobo-Ip is an expert in cosmetic, surgical, and medical dermatology. With over a decade of award-winning experience and specialized expertise in dermatology, Dr. Ip works closely with each patient to get to the root of their skin concerns. She prides herself on developing a nurturing relationship with each patient, balancing her expert opinion and treatment plans with a level of warmth and humor that puts everybody at ease.

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Imahiyerobo-Ip graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in health policy. She then traveled to the United Kingdom to pursue a master’s degree at Cambridge University. At Cambridge, Dr. Imahiyerobo-Ip studied international development, graduating with the highest honors. After receiving her medical degree from Cornell University’s Weill Medical College, she completed specialized training in dermatology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where she served as a chief resident in her final year.

Dr. Imahiyerobo-Ip is a medical journalist and media expert. She has been an expert contributor to numerous magazines including O magazine, Marie Claire, Dr. Oz The Good Life, In Shape, and Cosmopolitan. She has also appeared on National Television, including the Wendy William’s Show.

Dr. Imahiyerobo-Ip serves as a consultant for a number of skin care companies including Gold Bond® and Vanicream®. She is also a key opinion leader for Hydropeptide®, a cosmeceutical company that specializes in award-winning, anti-aging products found in the most prestigious spas and physician’s offices in 24 countries. Dr. Ip has also been a speaker at national meetings of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and has published broadly within the field of dermatology on topics ranging from advanced techniques for management of acne to surgical treatments for skin cancer.

She is a faculty member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the New England Dermatologic Society, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.

Dr. Imahiyerobo-Ip is committed to providing comprehensive, cutting-edge, compassionate care to patients of all ages and skin types. Her areas of expertise include injectable fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, acne, hair loss, scalp disorders, skin cancer detection and pediatric dermatology. She stays current on the safest and most successful skin care procedures and products and shares that information with all her patients through a skin tips blog.
