New patients:
Please feel free to call during normal business hours to schedule a telehealth appointment. If you have an issue that is covered by insurance, and telehealth is covered by your insurance plan, you will be billed through your insurance carrier. Co-pays and deductibles will continue to be the patient’s responsibility. If telehealth is not covered by your insurances, and you have a pressing issue that you wish to have addressed, a flat fee of $75 dollars will be charged for a 15 minute new patient telehealth visit.
New Patient Cosmetic consults/Skin Care consultations:
Please call the office to schedule these consultations. Cosmetic consults and Skin Consultations are billed at $75, which can be applied towards a procedure or applied towards a skin care purchase
Established patients:
If you are an established patient with an appointment booked in April, a member of our office staff will reach out to you to convert this appointment to a telehealth appointment. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will also attempt to reach you by email. If you are an established patient requiring an appointment for a new concern, please call the office to schedule your telehealth visit
Established patient procedural/urgent in person visits:
A member of our staff will reach out to you to reschedule/schedule your procedure visit during our limited clinical hours.

Insurance with variable telehealth coverage:
Cigna: you must verify whether you have telemedicine benefits prior to booking a telehealth visit
If you have an insurance that does not cover telehealth and have an urgent medical need, you can still be seen. These visits will be charged a flat fee of $75 for a 15 minute appointment.
