Vibrant Dermatology & Aesthetics requires all patients to have a credit/debit card on file with us. Any fees related to no-shows, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations will be charged to this card, FSA/HSA cards are not permitted to be added as the primary payment method. All self-pay and cosmetic patients require a $75 deposit at the time of booking. By booking an appointment with us you consent to following these policies.

When scheduling your appointment, please choose the appropriate type of visit to ensure you receive the best care possible. Here’s a quick guide to help you decide:

Medical Appointments

  • Purpose: These appointments are designed to address medical skin conditions, including acne, hair loss, skin infections, single lesions (such as warts, cysts, lipomas, or moles), and other dermatological concerns.
  • Insurance: Usually covered by insurance. At the time of check-in, we collect deductibles, co-pays, and any patient responsibility based on your insurance plan. Please ensure you have your payment method ready during your visit.

Cosmetic Appointments

  • Purpose: These appointments focus on cosmetic concerns, including treatments for anti-aging, dark spots, or aesthetic enhancements like Botox, fillers, and laser treatments.
  • Consultation Requirement: If you are a new patient or wish to discuss a new cosmetic issue that you haven’t booked before, please schedule a cosmetic consultation first. This is essential for developing a personalized treatment plan.
  • Procedure Scheduling: Only schedule a cosmetic procedure if you have had a prior consultation with one of our providers.

Self-Pay Appointments

  • Purpose: For patients who do not have medical insurance, or have an insurance that we are not in network with.
  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment for your convenience.
