Greetings from Vibrant Dermatology and Skin Bar MD
As many of you know, our practice re-opened about a month ago. As of July 1, 2020, Skin Bar MD is also open! During these challenging times, we must all find ways to practice self-care. At Skin Bar MD, we strive to provide you with results driven skin treatments in a fun and social environment. However, coronavirus necessitates that we adapt in order to keep you and our staff safe. We will continue to deliver amazing facials, but as an added safety precaution we will only serve one client at a time. We are so grateful for our loyal patients and clientele who have enabled us to be so successful during our first year! This summer we want to say thank you by offering amazing specials. They are summer specials that will help you get your glow back and help us rebuild our small business. If you are passionate about buying local, we encourage you to come back for a treatment. Your Skin, Your Esthetician, and Your Doctor will thank you!!! This month is acne awareness month. While acne is one of the most common skin conditions, it can be one of the most difficult to treat. If you or your family member suffer from stubborn acne, please give us a call. In the meantime, I invite you to check out my blog titled “Cure Your Acne Once and For All” for helpful tips on managing acne prone skin. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not address the other issue that is making headlines right now – this is the issue of race relations America. As a dermatologist, I am exquisitely aware that skin matters. Making my patients feel good about their skin fiulls me with great joy. At Vibrant Dermatology, I specialize in offering color blind treatments. What that means is that all our treatments are safe and effective for all skin types. What I love about our practice is that it represents the diversity of our community and our world. I was recently asked to share my thoughts on race and medicine for a Channel 5 special. It is a very interesting segment. I encourage you to have a look at it. Albert Einstein once said: “In the middle of adversity is opportunity.” I hope that we all take this opportunity to take care of ourselves and to take care of each other.
Wishing you good health and glowing skin.
