Fall is upon us and we are super excited to share some exciting news with you. Fall is the perfect time to give your skin a reset and refresh before the harsh New England winter sets in. We are happy to announce the launch of new cutting-edge services at Vibrant Dermatology and Skin Bar MD that will help you get amazing results with minimal downtime. We are proud to be one of the first dermatology offices in Massachusetts to offer the Pixel-8 Radiofrequency microneedling services starting in mid-October. Radiofrequency microneedling adds radiofrequency energy to the traditional microneedling procedure. This energy heats the underlying layers of the skin causing skin tightening, collagen stimulations, and elastin production. This procedure is amazing for those who feel that they need a lift but want to avoid invasive cosmetic surgery. We will also be offering new laser services for full face rejuvenation including IPL treatments, fractional ablative treatments, and tattoo removal. There is something for everyone, at reasonable prices and with the amazing results that you have come to expect and to love. If you are interested in learning more about our new skin tightening procedures or any other procedures offered at our office, schedule your cosmetic consultation today.
Wishing Peace, Love, and Healthy Skin.

I am thrilled to announce the launch of the newest product in the SkinBarMD collection.
Our native collagen and hyaluronic acid gel is formulated in Canada by a lab with the highest purity standards. It provides a proprietary blend of humectants that impact deep moisture to the skin without being heavy or tacky. It can be used alone or in addition to your other moisturizing products. For my acne prone skin, I use it once a day after I apply my retinoid. In combination with a comprehensive anti-aging regimen, this product will leave you with flawless, glowing skin.

Read labels: Not all skin moisturizers are created equal. When it comes to fighting visibly dry skin, opt for moisturizing creams that contain emollients (think cocoa butter, African shea butter, and ceramides), humectants (glycerin and hyaluronic acid), and occlusives (dimethicone, petrolatum). The best moisturizing creams will contain many of these dry skin blasting ingredients.
Moisturize while wet: The best time to moisturize your skin is after you get out of the shower. Gently pat your skin with a soft towel and apply your moisturizing cream right away. Applying cream to slightly damp skin will seal in the moisture from your shower and prevent visibly dry skin.
Reapply after handwashing: If you wash your hands multiple times a day, though, it’s a good idea to reapply moisturizing cream after each wash since excessive hand washing promotes visibly dry skin.
